Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ: FAQ

Does EndoUndercover™ fit all makes and models of microscopes.

No. EndoUndercover™ fits several makes and models of microscopes but is dependent on a couple design considerations of your particular microscope. First the aperture centered in EndoUndercover™ is 2.6” in diameter. This will fit most microscopes if the lens housing tube projects at least 3/8” beneath the microscope body and there is no other object that projects downward into this plane. If your microscope has side handles that allow for positioning, rotate those up out of the plane of EndoUndercover™ if possible.

What microscopes has EndoUndercover™ been shown to fit?

Thus far, EndoUndercover™ has worked on different Zeiss™ and Global™ microscopes. It may fit on other microscope brands as well. Please see the previous question that address the parameters.

How does EndoUndercover™ stay attached to the microscope?

A zip tie is used to secure EndoUndercover™ to the lens tube housing. Please see the attached video on how to easily do this.

The 30-day guarantee begins when the unit is shipped. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and refunds will be credited to the credit card used for purchase 7-10 business days after receipt of the returned EndoUndercover™.
